Job Description:

The Program Manager would be responsible for conceptualizing and executing business/process excellence initiatives effectively driving strategy-to-execution for KarmaHub. Cross-functional program management for key initiatives & driving organization wide goal realizations will be one of the key deliverables.

The Program Manager is expected to work with Clients, Engineering and the Karma Crowd to develop datasets and analysis to generate metrics & insights on data and the associated outcomes & experiences to drive our data science services. The program manager solves complex technical and business problems, drives change and creates strong business impact in the organization.


  • Strategize and deploy business process excellence initiatives across the organization to enable achievement of business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
  • Work across functions like Operations, Process Design, Product, Training, HR, Technology with high agility to align on the project charter & lead the end to end deployment
  • Identify opportunities and drive focused improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and performance of internal operations
  • Strategize and manage program management for 1-2 initiatives across the organization enabling achievement of business objectives driving growth
  • Establish a governance framework to evaluate the progress of the program as per defined benchmarks
  • Ability to work in the evenings & the weekends to support follow the sun model

  • Fluency in English
  • Superlative communication skills
  • 4+ years experience in consulting, change management, online learning or service management
  • Degree in science, engineering, mathematics, economics, social science or similar field
  • Data driven decision-making approach and a sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Ability to develop service plans & roadmaps, define capabilities and drive project execution
  • Knowledge in SQL and Excel or another data management tool preferred, but not mandatory
